• Our nursery is open from 7.45 - 18.00, Monday to Thursday, and 7.45 - 16.00 on Friday. We are closed on weekends and public holidays.

• We accept children from 6 months to 5 years.

We follow government regulations and maintain a ratio of 1:3 for children under 2, 1:5 for children under 3 and 1:8 for children over 3

• We provide healthy, balanced meals, breakfast, lunch and tea,  and snacks throughout the day. Special dietary requirements and allergies are accommodated with advance notice.

• Children who are unwell or have contagious conditions should remain at home until they have fully recovered. Following sickness or diarrhoea children must stay off nursery until they have been symptom free for 48 hours. We follow strict hygiene and illness policies to keep all children safe

• Our fees vary based on the childcare package selected. We accept payments via bank transfer, childcare vouchers and tax free childcare. Contact us for specific fee information.

• Yes, we offer a settling-in period to help children adjust to the nursery environment. This includes introductory sessions where parents can accompany their child for the first day for an hour, the second day, they spend some time with the nursery staff, without parents. If all goes well, the third morning includes lunch.

• We use daily reports, an app you can log into, and emails to keep parents informed about their child’s day, activities, and progress. We also schedule termly days for you to come in to talk to the staff about your child's development..

• Please bring a change of clothes, any comfort items (e.g., a blanket or favorite toy), nappies, wipes, a warm coat and wellies.

• We can administer medication with written consent from parents. All medications must be labeled with your child’s name and dosage instructions.

• The nursery closes on public holidays, during Christmas and New year and Jewish festivals. We provide ample notice of any additional closure days.
