At North Cheshire Jewish Nursery, we pride ourselves on offering your children healthy balanced and nutritious meals and snacks.

All of our food is prepared freshly on the premises and we use local suppliers wherever possible and our recipes make use of fresh seasonal fruit, vegetables and herbs that are packed full of flavour.

We have a milk kitchen serving vegetarian and fish meals.

Meal and snack time is an enjoyable part of the nursery day and we want to make the most of this valuable learning opportunity. The children can talk about the food they are eating, where it comes from and the importance of good oral hygiene and healthy living including a balanced diet for our bodies and mind.

The children will also have the opportunity to taste foods from around the world as part of different cultural and religious celebrations, this will help widen their experiences of the world in which we live.

The nursery actively promotes a healthy lifestyle which includes physical exercise, a healthy diet and good oral hygiene, and have the silver tooth safe award.
